I began shopping with HD in December of 2018 and came back last week. I have had nothing but good experiences when coming to the store. Victoria and all the staff have been such great help! I have to hand it Ray, Kelly and the rest of the Service Dept. team at Harley-Davidson of Atlanta, the team is top notch! On my recent visit to HDA Service Dept. I brought my 2017 FLSS in for routine 5K service and some additional accessory work. Before the order was even written up, Ray noted a recall notice on the Softail's clutch assembly. I told him you can have the bike as long as you need to get the parts and do the maintenance. Before I knew it, I had my bike as soon as the parts came in and I rode away knowing the Service Team did their best to maintain my bike in the best condition. You can really see the attention to detail the service team provides and they are always helpful when I ask questions or get recommendations for factory performance options. in my book, HDA is the number Harley-Davidson dealership in the Atlanta Metro Area! I am not going to lie. It hurts a little when it comes time to pay that service bill. But, when I consider the quality of work and the need to have a reliable bike with the miles that I ride it is undoubtedly worth the investment. This time I walked in on a Saturday morning with the intent to leave the bike for them to squeeze in during the week. As luck would have it, there was room in the schedule and before the end of the day I was riding home on a well maintained (and now very clean) bike. Ray and the entire service department are always 100% professional and easy to talk to. The next service for me is the big 50K and I am bracing for the bill already, but there is no doubt about where I will be going to have my bike cared for.
